A Note From the Music Department

Musical Instruments Year 7Check your lofts and garages – Tadcaster Grammar School needs your help!
“It is the aim of the School to be able to teach every Year 7 student to play a musical instrument as from September this year,” says Samantha Buckley, Head of the Visual and Performing Arts Faculty.
“Please let us have all your unwanted or unused flutes, clarinets, trumpets and trombones and donate them to our young people. We need to collect all instruments this term so that we can get them in full working order before the new intake arrive in September,” she stressed.
If you have an instrument you are happy to donate, please bring it to the Main Reception desk, send it with a student marked for the attention of the Music Department, or contact the School on 01937 833466.
Alternatively, if you would prefer someone to collect from you, please contact Ms Buckley at s.buckley@tgsch.uk
